I bought a car recently, it was advertised as having an LPG system which is multipoint injection.

Having bought the car I have now found out it is singlepoint injection. This is worth a damned sight less and I'm not a happy bunny.

Can I claim from him for wrongful advertising or something? Or is it a case of sold as seen as it was a private sale?
Any help greatly appreciated.
