    Default Jammie v NatWest**won**

    Hi,
Just joined CAGicon and hoping for help with reclaiming my son's bank charges from Natwesticon who are defending claim.
Have received aqicon from local court that has to be returned by 16th July but what do I put in witness and other information section coz I have not got a clue.
Considering giving up because son has not got the £100 fee and I have already funded cost of MCOL and beginning to dread court case as do not understand Court Bundle thing and the whole thing is alot harder than I thought it was going to be.
Not had one response from NATWEST during the whold process except from Cobbetts.
Sorry for being negative but I feel like SCREAMING!!!!!

    Hiya Jammie.

You need to go to the Natwesticon thread..

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk.../natwest-bank/

Also you should read some of the threads, f&qs, and the step by step.

Please dont give up, You will get all the help you need in the link i gave you.

If your son is on benefits he might be exempt from the charges, and if his claim is less than £1500, there is no aqicon fee.

    Talking Re: Hi just joined

    Thanks sea-sidelady
I have found thread and read up on aqicon form filling not too sure I understand but will give it a go.
Son not on benefits but suppose I will fund it coz I can't face letting Natwesticon win without a fight.
Claim is for £2,560 and they still continue to add interest to overdrafticon.
Let u know how we get on.

Hi Jammie, if you're completing the aqicon and want to include the draft order for directions, please look through this thread here and for general guidelines on completing the AQ, look through here

If you intend to include the draft order with your AQ, you'll need to include the attachments as indicated in the the above thread. However, if you need additional links, post back.

You don't sound thick at all - it's an awful lot to take in at first. My personal advice would be to use the draft order for directions. I've used them myself and I'm hoping the judge will grant them as I feel it would bring a much speedier conclusion to my claim - as opposed to cobbetts dragging it out for as long as they possibly can.

I think the best thing for you to do this afternoon/tonight is to read the threads that I gave you links for earlier. Then post back on here tomorrow morning with any questions and either I or another member/site helper will help you from there.

If you do decide to to use the draft order, send me a PM with your email address and I'll send all the attachments that you'll need.

    Don't worry - you'll be absolutely fine!
