I've seen many others on different forums experiencing lots of problems with them, mainly since the takeover by 186k, and they all seem to revolve around payment problems and the lack of response.

Yup, I've left them due to persistant ignoring of my emails and problems paying them - they're still charging me. Fortunately the problem was they lost my direct debit in the first place, so they're not having much luck.
