Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Send MimiJane a Private Message and ask her for her court bundle and index info.I am sure she will send you this via email as she has done for other CAG members (myself included). Hers is has a very good example.
Do not be scared you will get all the support and help you need on this site to guide you through your claim. The CAG members have helped me through literally everthing
This is what I gathered so far (re links) from the other Cag members , plus a few links that I found, some studying is required but you will be fine!! Some these links may not work, but the last time I checked they were fine. ......................... ...
My court is ;
Brentford CC ,Alexandra Road
High Street
Brentford Middlesex

Email - hearings@brentford.county court.gsi.gov.uk,
Phone - 02082318940.
This one caught my eye LOL, I know I feel like a dummy sometimes going through this "reclaiming" process, you may be able to use some of this.......... court bundles for dummies
As you go along think about wasted costs (I'm keeping my library reciepts too), I think you can hand it to the court after settlement, not sure though!...... Wasted Costs order
I did not print anything off until I knew what I was including in my court bundle................if you get your index sorted and then look at all the info on the links it will fall into place, it will.
It does take some studying!! Each part that you will include, will have a relevance to your claim. It may not seem like it but you have plenty of time to sort this out.
I have read a lot of threads and looked at many links since I joined CAG, you will pick up all the things you need as you go along.
Please do not take this snippet as gospel but.................. I print off 4 copies of everything that I will include in my bundle.
1st copy will be to the county court for Judge, 2nd copy to Wragge & Co (A&L agents), 3rd copy for use at court appearance to give to Judge if it appears that "it has been lost" and a 4th copy as a contingency against unforeseen circumstances
I am still compiling my court bundle, there is no rush as I have still to get my orders from the judge at Brentford CC.
