hi all.. I'm currently DPA'ing Abbey and Monument but want to pick up my old Cap one charges as that actually resulted in an attachment of earnings which took 18 months to pay off...all charges I might add. the trouble is I can't find any documents which tell me the account number...is there any way you can still issue a DPA letter or alternatively is there any way of recovring the account number?

I would phone them and ask them - they will have details of your name/address etc to locate the account number, or at least they should be able to tell you what to do. No need to mention why you need it at this stage is there? lol They may want you to write and provide evidence of ID...
