i received a a payment of 980 pounds from Abbey telling me it was a gesture of good will but was only part of my charges which i claimed for. so i wrote again asking for the other 1300 pounds and received a letter back telling me that the charges do not contravene those regulations and therefore they cannot agree to refund them. what is my next step as im lost

i got the same letter from Abbey and i just followed the advice of everyone hear i sent them a letter from here saying that i am taking them to cout so this is what i have done i am waiting cout date go for it send them the letter go get them
