Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hello everyone i am currently awaiting directions from court with my nat west claim for over £4000, so i have decided i am going to do my cahoot account and credit card(going for both) can someone advise me how i get the statements for both. Do i just e-mail them or phone them
Your best bet would be to send a Subject access request letter. They have to comply with this so its the most reliable way of getting the statements through within 40 days. See the templates thread for the letter. Good luck!
