The judge dealing with my case has said he will deem my case settled if no request for a hearing has been filed by 20 july, i intend to request a hearing, can anyone please advise me if i should write a covering letter pointing out the recent events in hull and the fact that the banks are deliberatley abusing the legal system and will probably settle at the last minute.
