I feel blooming frustrated that having gone through the process of SAR, then requesting payback being send offer... totalling £42. (difference between the £12 etc.). Which I refused & they responded with the same offer being 'final' am I really going to have to go through the court process which I have to 'pay' up front .... I only requested £112. in total... surely this is madness when the court charges will almost double my original claim! ....
