Jon Vs Natwest Won In March, But Occured Lots More Charges!!.
I managed to receive all my charges back in March this year(because of this fantastic website) , but out of no fault of my own and going through unemployment, Natwest have again managed to put my account into severe rears and have charged me several times again.
I need advice as of what to do. They have twice got me into debt.
I am thinking of sending the same letter in, has anyone got a different letter perharps or any ideas?
Thanks very much Jon

From what I am made aware of via reading on this site, Claim again the same way you did last time. Calculate how much they've taken from Statements, send in the request form, and so on.
Good luck for Round 2.
ssmmdd. Yes, it's a strange nickname. No, I won't explain why I chose it. You'd laugh at me.
