I am bluemiester and I am in the process of asking the Bradford&Bingley for my direct debit charges back,In the last 2 weeks I have been charged £275.00
in Fees, the straw that broke the camels back, here is a copy of the first letter I am about to send=
Bradford & Bingley
Dear Sir or Madam,
Re. Account number: ***************
I am writing to request that you repay all the default charges that have been applied to my account, over the previous 6 years.I do not believe these charges reflect the true cost to Bradford & Bingley
The charges total £420.00,and any charges applied up to the above date. I believe I have been unlawfully deprived of the money and therefore ask that you repay me the full amount. Please find a full schedule of the charges with this document. All Timesaver statements provided by yourselves and letters with charges since 6 year history are provided.
I look forward for a full response to this letter within 14 days.
Yours faithfully,
I would appreciate any advice or opinions on this letter.
