I have received copies of all my statements from barclaycard and am now looking to move onto issuing the Prelim letter. One issue is holding me up tho, when trying to use the complex credit card charges xls it advises never to enter a payment larger than the balance. This is causing me an issue as I have in the past paid off my barclaycard, so teh payment was more than the outstanding balance on the date charges were issues. Does anyone know a way around this?
