Default HELP A+L Claim Court date set

If any one could advise me on what this means below and why it has happened - I would be really greatful.

I recieved a 'Notice of Transfer of Proceedings' from Northampton C.C. to my local Manchester C.C .

    It says that:

    Northampton county courticon

Between Myself & The Alliance and Leicester PLC

In the County Court Manchester - Court Code 262
Before District Judge Murdoch sitting at Northampton County Court
    Without Hearing

    It is ordered that

The filing of an allocation questionnaire be despensed with this case unless the District Judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise.

I havent recieved an allocation questionnaire and was told on the telephone today that I have to appear at Manchester County Court on the 4th October. Does anyone have any experience of this and what is likely to happen - Also, I am still incurring charges and will continue to do so untill this date - can I reclaim these on top of what I am already claiming?

    Any help is appreciated

Don't worry ans, all it means is that your case has been moved to a court closer you should you have to attend & that the judge at norhampton dosn't want you to do an aqicon but the judge at Mnachester may still want you to.
As far as I can see it's all perfectly normal but i'm happy to be corrected if someone thinks I've given you duff information!!

In addition, you may still be able to amend your claimicon & add in the additional charges but Im not sure if you have gone to far through the pricess to do that or not. It also costs £35.00 which you can't claim back.
With regard to the court date- it is impossible to tell if you will have to attend but I think you can rest assured that you will not be the only one with that date at that court as they seem to be doing all our cases in bulk so moral support shouldn't be in short supply.
hope this helps a bit- first time i've ever given advice as i'm normally the one asking for it!! Hope i've got it right!!
