Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Today the RBS acknowledged my personal account action with the court. They have 28 days from 14th June 2007. I did not receive the statements within 6 weeks and once I did receive them I did not wait for an offer as they had only offered 10% on my sole trader account (Barneybubble Vs RBS (2) £12430.00). I did wait for three weeks after asking for my money. I have read the court bundle information in the library on this site. Still I think I may have filled the claim incorrectly on money claim as I included the interest in the total, but not put the blurb about interest could be added. Can anyone tell me how to rectify this problem??????. see also Barneybubble Vs RBOS (2) £12430.00. Once i receive the next correspondence I will post more information as im really going to need all of the help I can get!!
Hi hedgey06, sorry for not replying before but took your comments onboard from my other thread (Barneybubble Vs RBOS (2) £12430.00). I have now been told the action is "stayed" does everyone just sit tight now??
