    Default Onslowette v RBS

    Hi everyone,
    Have been meaning to do this reclaiming of charges for a while now but after having another charge added today of £38 grr Im ready to give this all a go - wish me luck!!
    I have all my last 6 yearsicon statements, have done the 1st letter and attached the schedule of charges.
    Now do I send it to the branch or a head office address?????

    Just be aware RBSicon usually don't respond with anything other than "we are investigating your complaint" until you send them the lbaicon.

    Usually their first letter is less than the sum you will have asked for, but once you reject it they often offer the full amount.
