8th June was the date I received a letter ' Notice of Transfer of proceedings ' and nothing since! The letter stated my case would be transfered to my local court, Leicester, however I have heard nothing, is this normal?
Give the courts a quick ring they are normally quite helpful, and will put your mind at rest. The local courts are really snowed under, so it would't hurt to ring and ask.
