Hello there. New to this Barclaycard thread, so here goes:
Sent of SAR
Got statements in 2 sep batches.
Sent letters requesting money. 1st £190 plus int. 2nd £400 plus int.
Got letters back - standard letters £12 dif blah blah blah OFT etc and they have refunded £175 to card.
Sent back letter saying accept as part payment etc.
Received letter back saying sorry not happy with refund. They believe it is fair - as when i opened account i signed terms and conditions etc. If reply does no meet with my expectations refer to Financial Ombudsman.
Help, what do I do now. Should i do MCOL now or will they really not pay out anymore.
Hi - good luck with your claim. I'm just a little way behind you, in that I've got both sets of statements now, but I don't know what address to use to write the first letter. Can you let me know which address you used please?
