    Red face Foxy V Rbos

    Hi everyone

    RBOS have sent me stats after my S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) - but they have not sent them all - I have sent all 3 SARicon non-compliance templates and still nothing!!

    My question is - how do I apply for a judgement for them to comply with my request?

    Many thaks and apologies if this is already somewhere else on the site.

    I am just about to go to court to force compliance with Lloydsicon TSB.

    You will need to file an N1 at court, the POCicon are explained in this thread;
