    Default Woolwich barclays merger

    My mum has asked me to help her claim back her charges from her woolwich account, this has now been merged into Barclaysicon where do i send the letter to get her past 5 years of bank statements woolwich or barclays ??? Also would we have to use her old woolwich account numbers or her new barclays ones. Any help would be appreciated.
