Thread: what now

hi iam new to this but so far getting there just got letter back from barclaycard offering me £50.00 the claim was for 295.00 what do i do now phone write tell them what to do with it not happy with what they offer but not sure what or how to go on with claim it say the adjustment will show on my next statment

that helps but they have worded it as a goodwill gesure do i just reword the letter back to them turning it down or phone them
