Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have been given my hearing date and im just trying to put my docs together. Does anybody know which statement of evidence i should use? The banks defence was that when the bank account was opened they issued a copy of the terms and conditions relating to the use of the acct including details of any charges. This is all they have said.
Any ideas would be appreciated
Thanks
