Preparing for court

Hiya

Just wondering if anyone could please help?
I have my hearing date and im just trying to sort out all my docs i need to send to the court. Could somebody please advise me on exactly what i need to include? Also do i need to send a copy of the Consumer Credit Act, either 1974 or 2006?

Not archive ones no, but The Woolwich current T&Cs are on their site: the specific page link is Woolwich - Banking and savings conditions

There is a T&C forum however a quick scan, I can't find any links on the site sorry.

Edit - Like yourself and many others, I will be needing them shortly so I shall trawl the web and come back hopefully with something in next few days
