Thread: Need Successful Judgements Or Out Of Court Settlements For Bundle

Hey all,

Im just putting a bundle together for my A & L case in the Horsham county court due for final hearing on 20th July.

I wanted to qoute the successfull cases that have been to court and won and also settled out of court and won against A & L.

This way hopefully they wont even bother to turn up. I think it will also be usefull to the judge to see that this case isnt the only one and that he would have no alternative but to find in my favour.

I am claiming £1416.55 inc interest.

I cannot qoute forum names so would need the actual cases name and ref, i understand if people do not want to give their real names over the internet for security etc. Please pm me if you do not mind me refering to you in my bundle.

many thanks for the link, however i need proper names to qoute for the case numbers, dont think a forum username will wash with the county court, guess theres not the facility for that, or to get a copy of the judgement to include in the bundle for each case

It does list the claim number, surley that should be enough. Worth a try anyway, at least the Judge can check to see if they are legit cases.

trouble with court is when you intend to rely on something you have to provide full details inc case number name of parties, same as you would in criminal cases someone vs someone, case number, court number where held, date of hearing and the text of the judgement
