    Default Here we Go Again - Over 6 years :)

    Okay, I have already successfully claimed over £4.5k and am now claiming for over 6 yearsicon (from 1995 to 1998)...total claim is over £400.

    I am working on the basis that the limitation act does not apply due to unfair contract terms....Prelim Letter being sent tomorrow

    DOnt worry, I am on first name terms with Barclaysicon Chief Legal Exec and the Executive department and am hoping to push this one through the back door !!!
