    (a) harasses the other with demands for payment which by their frequency, or the manner or occasion of their making, or any accompanying threat or publicity are calculated to subject him or his family or household to alarm, distressicon or humiliation; (b) falsely represents, in relation to the money claimed, that criminal proceedings lie for failure to pay it; (c) falsely represent themselves to be authorised in some official capacity to claim or enforce payment; (d) utters a document falsely represented by him to have some official character or purporting to have some official character which he knows it has not.

    Can anyone help . I receive an invoice today which included quote " an Administration levyicon of 5% which was added to the net amount and VAT was added. If paid within 30 days deduct adminicon fee from total . Is this Legal ?????

    What is it in relation too?

    If it's a DCAicon they can't add any costs other than court costs. So they can stick their adminicon fee.

    Yep, thats right. The OFT will not help the individual, just supposed to help the overall situation. Only when a number of individuals complain about the same issue, will the oft act. Typical "jobs for the boys"--all bark and no bite, but it's us who pay their saleries and bomb proof pensions.
