Re: Part Two of Help needed with bank stuff.. Small amount of charges to claim
Oh dear just read the OFT statement and many threads upon ere about it also, not meaning to sound too thick, my lba action has been received by Natwest, which by the sounds of things, there will now not deal with untill this test case is resolved, which some say could take anything up to 3 years?
Do i still spend £120.00 to put the claim before the courts, or sit and wait, i'm not really wanting to spend such amounts of money, only to be told ive to wait some years, can i also contact the said bank, and agree with them to hold the claim, untill this case is dealt with, this will save me losing more money in fees to the court untill really needed.
I know people have many many questions now regarding there claims, which i do feel for every1, Something along these lines was bout to happen, its come about quicker than expected, and its unsettled alot of thread members, answers will come and the moderators will keep all undated best there can i'm sure. thanks Shywazz
and apparently the OFT will have their findings by the end of the year!
I am just like you, with a case in court wondering what's next?!
But at the end of the day, it's up to the judge.
Good luck

Re: Part Two of Help needed with bank stuff.. Small amount of charges to claim
Hello its nearly time to place my claim to the courts, just to check, i have to wait 13 days plus 2 b4 i can start the court process, correct? think i know just need it clafying. I know things will be delayed some time due to the recent happenings, but least the claim will be logged at court, and the intrest will rise every month, just hope oft find in our favour and not the banks as would lose more money, ie court costs etc. chin up every1 and keep fighting for what the banks have taken from us.
