    Default thepeted vs cahoot

I want to claim back charges on my chaoot current account (still active) and my cahoot fixed rate account (paid off final installment today).

Is there a defnitive answer to whether I should treat this as two seperate claims or lump them together?

If it is the former, do I send two seperate S.A.Rs, preliminary letters and LBAs etc?

Default Two accounts with same bank

Hi, Please can anyone here help to answer my question originally posted in the Cahoot thread? ( http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ted#post958874 )

Basically, I'm looking for a definateive answer on whether I should send 2x SARicon, Prelim, lbaicon etc or lump them together? Also, I am presuming that it is indeed possible to claim back charges applied to a fixed rate loan account?

    Thank you for any help.

All depends what charges you are trying to reclaim

The charges on the fixed rate loan are for late payments £30 each time. The current account is mainly going over my overdrafticon limit at £30 each time.

Only one SARicon is needed because it is for information on you not on the account. You can keep the claims together although it is simpler to have 2 seperate schedules of charges - one for each account.

Yes you cabn reclaim late payment charges on the fixed rate loan.
