    Default Virgin One

    I have just written to Virgin One claiming back £3800.00 in charges they made when we had an account with them. This is my first claim against V1 but overall third claim, so I am beginning to know what's what.
    Has anyone any experience with claims against Virgin One? It is part of the RBSicon group, and it is a kind of hybrid mortgageicon/current account.

    If you don't get any joy, try writing to Sir Richard himself cos I believe he doesn't like any Virgin company, even altho he has no direct input into the company, it "soils" his brand.

    At least that's what I've heard.
