hi all, following the great threads on here, ive issue my claim, which A&L ignored, i now have a judgement from the judge ordering them to pay up by the 25th june 2007, the time has pass, so now what?
Re: A&L £17000 and a judgement ordering them to pay
sorry can you post a few more details - did you have a court date - did they fail to appear ? was it by default?
I think from what I have seen if they had a cretain time to pay and they didnt then you get in the bailiffs!
Have you told the court they have not paid?

Re: A&L £17000 and a judgement ordering them to pay
i issued in court, waited the first 14 day for them acknowledge and they never, so filed for judgement, which i now have, spoke with them today and they said they never recieved anything from the courts, umm i think not, so i guess it time to send in the balliffs. is this right???
I think as it is such a high amount you have to get in high court bailiffs??
Let me know if you find any thing
