I live in leicester and it was reported in the leicester mercury last nite that anyone taking action to recover charges WILL be given 30 days notice that their account will be shutdown and if you already have expect a letter in the post very soon. I sent my data request in 2 days ago and opened a new account with another bank today. bring it on A&L
