Hi My allocation hearing was at southend yesterday the court told me not to come to court as there was no need, some others on the forum were told to go so a bit confused.
Rang the court today and they have been told to tell everyone that an order will be posted out in a couple of weeks, some will be reimbursed by the banks and others will get hearing dates...
So much for one ruling for all.
300 cases were heard in the end and she said no you didnt need to come as mine wasnt a hearing, so maybe anyone who had a stay and was a bit further on than me had to go...
