Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have tried searching for 2 hours for another thread explaining this and keep getting info about some courts not using allocation questionnaires any more.
I have returned my AQ, but Abbey have not submitted their AQ and the deadline for them to do so has passed by a couple of weeks.
I telephoned the court and they have said that they will strike out the case and that I should complete a Notice Of Issue (N205A).
I am assuming that I have to tick box A. The only thing is that I have actually received a defence, so I want to check that I am doing the right thing.
Did they have to submit an aq to the court as well? Is this what you received or their Standard defence? if they were supposed to and haven't then I'd complete the notice of issue.
