i usually am on the a&l forum, but i asked Barclays ages ago for all my statements for both cards i had with them ,and if my memory serves me right the last letter i got was saying i would get my statements, but only in a queue as it were.ie first come 1st served , so in time i would get them- but i havent ?!
is this still the case with the toe rags? is anyone else still waiting for stuff from them, it must be over 2 months since i had my letter from them
If I have helped in any way please click on the scales in the left corner also please remember that any advice I give is purely my own experience or opinion. Ta.
i sent my SAR and fee no problem, it just took them ages to respond to any of my letters. problem was i had 2 accounts, they eventually sent me full statements of 1 account, i kept writing to ask for copies of ALL my data they had on file (ie for the other account)
im sure i never had the full details of my 2nd account, but my last pc crashed so i cant see what date i last sent a letter.
i might just try the number in the above post before i do anything else. im at court bundle stage with a&l, i look forward to doing the same with these morons
hi, this is my first post and was wondering if anyone can help.
i asked Barclays for my statements for the last 6 years and included a cheque. they replied within a week and they said: 'if you have asked for a list of the default charges that have been applied to your account, i regret that our system does not enable us to identify individual charges in this way and so it is not possible to provide such a list to you. However, any such charges are included on the statements enclosed.'
