Just Looking Into Reclaiming My Charges
letter - List of charges) into word and added my banks address (am I right in thinking that I need to send this to Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank PLC, Narborough, Leicester) I will post this Friday as my account is currently £300 overdrawn because I have just had another load of charges of over £300 charged to my account for failed DD and going over drawn, we phoned the bank last night complaining saying we are going to struggle to pay our rent this month and they was not interested in the slightest and was quite rude then put the phone down on us. When using these letter templates do we need to include the © Reclaim the Right Ltd. at the bottom ?
