    Default Gesture of goodwill

    hello everyone
i am claiming 2 grand from the Abbeyicon and they have offered £300
i want to decline this offer using the template but have a problem with filing for the court?
i need to know that if i file next week what date would the court give me?
i am away for 3 weeks in july and all comunications with a pc or home will be out.
would it be best to postpone the court bit until i return end of july?
or would this make my claim weak if i delay?
    any suggestion please...

    Hi

    NOOOOOOOO DON'T DELAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

The likelyhood of you getting a court date in July is a bit like winning the lottery jackpot.........a bit bloody thin..........anyway you have the opportunity when submitting the claim to advise the dates you are not available.

You may also want to think about accepting there offer as a partial payment against the 2k.

Or even tell them as a gesture of goodwillicon on your part you would be prepared to accept £1999.99. They are trying to buy you off by dangling this baby carrot in front of you.

    hope that helps.
