    Default Red_Stafford v A&L

Hi all I have only just found this forum, I have been having a quick read through the various letters to send to my bank, I have just copied and pasted the first letter (1. Data Protection Act, Subject access requesticon letter - List of charges) into word and added my banks address (am I right in thinking that I need to send this to Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank PLC, Narborough, Leicester) I will post this Friday as my account is currently £300 overdrawn because I have just had another load of charges of over £300 charged to my account for failed DD and going over drawn, we phoned the bank last night complaining saying we are going to struggle to pay our rent this month and they was not interested in the slightest and was quite rude then put the phone down on us. When using these letter templates do we need to include the © Reclaim the Right Ltd. at the bottom ?

I think you need the Alliance and Leicester forum. I shall try to get your thread moved.

    Can't Find What You're Looking For? Here's A Complete A-z Index

    Simple Steps For Beginners

As on post two go to FAQ and step by step instructions - you need to go through your statements and highlight the charges that you can claim for - ready for the preliminary letter. You can use the spread sheet within the step by step instructions - but dont include the 8% S69 at this stage. The schedule needs to include the date of charge - description and amount.

there is advice somewhere about what charges you can claim - probably in step by step instructions. When you have read those come back if you have any questions

Dont add any interesticon just yet. if you download the spreadsheet with the interest calculation just remove that part. only insert the data just now.

Ok but in the Prelim Letter it says "I calculate that you have taken £XXXXX plus £XXX which you have charged me in overdrafticon interest for the sum which you have taken."

So what do I put in the second part ?
