    Exclamation A Little advice Please

Started my claim with A & L, for £4082.00, received first letter of the usual - charges relate to credit card charges, then i sent another letter to them saying i do not agree with thier reply, received another letter to confirm that A & L are looking into my last letter, and that they will contact me in another 28 days, what do i do next wait or press on?

Press on-do not be dictated to by A&L.

If you have sent both the prelim and the lbaicon then your next step is to take them to court and get yiur money back.

Hi did you give them a time scale? I gave them 14 days for each letter, they gave me the usual response charges were fair etc. After the second letter I applied to the courts. You could press on but give them a time scale.

    Hi

Just check FAQ and step by step instuctions then stick to the timetable in each of your letters to them - if they answer early just stick to your timetable and carry on - as the letters say they have their dedicated departments to deal with this - so each letter allows them enough time to respond.

    best of luck

If you go to FAQ there are step by step instructions and the library of letters - in there there are 6 reject letters that you can choose from - depending on what stage you are at. Also in this section there is the section "important things you should know"

have a good read through - and all our threads on A&L section and you will see what stage we are all at.

I am on my second offer ( received today) and a few are at directions hearing stage. Only you can decide what you want to do.

If you want to carry on you will get lots of help here and there are a lot of us in front of you so you will learn from our experiences - keep reading and come back and let us know what you decide to do

Hi keep reading the FAQ only you can decide what's best for you. It can be daunting at times but there's lots of people to help on this site. Use the template letters if you need to. I'm at a standstill at the moment waiting to hear from the court. good luck.
