Default myself v Alliance & Leicester

Hi can anyone help I need a copy of terms and conditionsicon from 2005/2007. I have also received my letter from Wragg&Co standard letter from the looks of it saying they intend to defend my case. They are also saying insufficient particulars of claim. What should I send them as I have had this letter for 12 days and have only just realised this. Haven't heard any more from the courts yet and I am not sure what the court bundle is and what I have to send them. I have looked it up but can't seem to get my head around it , I am in need of help on this one any will do thanks

Is there anything on MCOL when you go back in and look at how things are progressing?

If not send them an email with your case number - they answered me quickly - I filed 30/5 and they transferred to local court 23rd june but I still have not had anything in writing yet.

Hi Janus phoned court today and it has been transfered to my local court. Called them and was told they have only just received the notification and are waiting for the documents which should arrive in a couple of days. The judge will look at them then they will send me a hearing date.
