Thread: Beckett v B'Card - Judgement by Default - but...

I got the judgement through on saturday after my judge threw out the defence as a waste of time, I applied for a judgement as requested.

I have left numous messages on a phone which goes to answerphone asking them to call me, afterall I would like to know when then intend to pay up

does anyone have a tried and tested number or email address?

its ok, just a recap.

Adrian st john's out of office reply says "he is away until further notice", he refers to his PA, but when you email her she has "left" as well. I have been emailed by dino.papaevripides@barcla ys.com who has proved very useful and is arranging my refund.
