Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
First of all, I am a new user and would like to say hello to all members of the forum.
The reason why I registered is that I would like to claim back all of my bank charges from Barclays Bank and I do not know where to begin. I haven't got a list of all these charges since i do not have most of my bank statements handy. Should i request that barclays send me a copy of my statements for the past 7/8 years? Will there be a charge for this? Is this even neccessary, or do i grab a template letter and send it to them immediately? also, i have heard that the law is about to change and i will not be able to claim my charges after a certain date? is this true?
