Hi - I've received a letter from Barclaycard staing tht as a goodwill gesture they are offering me £264 of my £900+ claim.
The thing is, I don't have a Barclaycard account any more, and I feel uncertain how to progress.
At this stage with Abbey, I accepted the money while advising that I was still pressing forward with my claim - but I don't see how I can do this with Barclaycard as I must contact them to process the "refund".
If anyone can point me in the right direction here it would be appreciated.
