hi all
just preparing my court bundle, and was wondering- is it a good idea to do a summary of all evidence included, at the top of my court bundle so ther judge knows exactly what ive included and what the main points of my evidence are?
This is from Lloyds forum for their claimants but it might helphttp://www.consumeractiongroup.c o.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/82148-got-court-date-important.html
