    Default court bundle summary advice?

    hi all
    just preparing my court bundle, and was wondering- is it a good idea to do a summary of all evidence included, at the top of my court bundle so ther judge knows exactly what ive included and what the main points of my evidence are?

    hi, i would have thought that the index would surfice. the judge can then look for what they think will be relevant at their leisure
