Can anyone help? My son has just received a letter from A & L after he has issued a Court Order with Northampton Court. They have included a cheque for £843.00. He has actually claimed £2900 including interest so will be sending the cheque back with a letter but we are unsure what to put in the letter to them saying he is still persuing the full amount of the claim. Any help would really be appreciated.
There is a letter for rejecting offers in the Template library. Your son was lucky to receive that much, I was offered half that amount on a claim much greater than your son's.
