Default Will LTSB agree not to charge me in future?

    Hi
Great news, I have just received a letter offering settlement in full, but with conditions of confidentiality and that I agree to be charged these extortionate rates in th future. I plan to reply requesting non-confidentiality and that I agree to be charged but that this charge should be at a reaonable level, say not exceeding £10.

Has anybody had experience of this? Will they agree to it?

    Thanks

Try £2.50 more realistic, or just do not agree to conditions.

My advice has hardly any legal foundation whatsoever, however you never know it it might just work!

Will they still agree to settle on these terms?

In a word no. They will not agree to any terms you may try and impose, the best you can hope for is not to agree to their terms.
