Lloyds tsb - no Allocation Questionnaire worried!!
I have received Notice of transfer from northampton county court to manchester. It states that an AQ be dispensed with in this case..
It then goes on to give banks defence (in short terms they state that the charges were lawful and fair) my question is what is my next step? do i sit and wait for manchester court date? or do i phone manchester and ask for AQ? i have read the forums but am still bit confused by it all...it all seems to be getting a bit daunting now...but no pain no gain)
Thanks in advance for any kind advice
