    Default must we wait 14 days?

    Hi there, can anyone please tell me do we have to stick to the 14 day deadline in the prelim and lbaicon letters?
    Many thanks!

    Ps- How long do you people think we will be able to continue to claim against the b(w)anks?

    14 days is deemed by the courts to be "reasonable".

    Given the prevarication of the banks and the overload in the courts calendar you wouldn't actually achieve anything by reducing the days... other than running the risk of finding a judge who thinks you were unreasonable in your time limits.
