Had a letter from Abbey on 13 June thanking me for all my letters, and they are going to give me GOGW payment of £563 (claim is for £1098.00) and will be in my account within 10 days, it finally hit my payment on 22Jun but was onoy £390.00 ????, is there anyone I can call on this, the normal 08459 724 724 don't have a clue.....doesn't really matter because abbey have now given me the money to take them to court.
