Default Abbreviations in use in Forums?

As a newbie and having submitted a request for the amount of unauthorised charges on my account onh the 28th Feb 2007b and subsequently receiving the reploy that I have paid £1425 over the last 6 year period, I have today, the 23rd of June 2007, I have just received from the Halifaxicon Bank a letter stating that their charges are lawful and in accord with their terms and conditionsicon and therefore denying my claim, Please advise my next step in taking a small claims court action, with an explaination of the abbreviations in use by the CGI members. Thanks in advance
