Default Help needed asap - Lloyds ***I'VE WON***

Following my Notice of transfer of Proceedings which I received at the end of May, where it was ordered to dispose of the aqicon, etc. I have just received a General Form of Judgement or Order from my local Court (Kendal) before Judge Forrester - the same judge where the 2nd case was won by Lloydsicon at Lancaster court! It states:
Quote ` Upon reading the papers on the court file
    It is ordered that:
    1. The Particulars of the claim are struck out as being likely to obstruct the just disposal of the proceedings.
    2. The claimant must file at court and serve on every other party a further statement of case by 4pm on the 2nd July 2007. This must set out:
    (a) details of the account/s by name and account number in respect of which the claim is made, and,
    (b) identify the date debited, the amount of and nature of each payment sought to be recovered.
    3. If the claimant fails to comply with apragraph 2 of this order, the claim stands struck out without any further order of the court and the defendant is entitled to apply for judgement pursuant to CPR 3.5.
    4. The claimant may apply by 4pm on the 2nd July 2007 to vary, ser aside or stay this order.
    Date d13th June 2007`
Please could anyone help me asap as to how what i do next - other than send what seems to be just a copy of the charges to court/Lloyds. No Court Bundle then?
    Looking forward to helpful response.

    Hi and welcome to CAGicon

I would suggest going here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/ and starting your own thread, you will find lots of others in the same boat as you.

    Good luck with your claim.

As well a schedule you should submit a full POCicon. Juust re-name this Statement of Case:

Many thanks for your help. I will copy this and send it along with schedule. Here's hoping it may go no further? - wishful thinking. I'll keep all posted on further advances. I started this back in February!
    Thanks again,

Can you show us your Particulars of Claim please... or, if you used our template POCicon then just state that, no need to copy that one here...

Also, did you ever previously send a copy of your charges (perhaps in the form of a spreadsheet) to the bank or court?

Did you claim online (MCOL) or in person with an N1 form?

    ..

Until I registered with you after receiving the Notice of transfer' I used the templates/letters from `Unfair bank charges' site. I did not send a spreadsheet/copy of charges to bank as they sent me the requested list of charges and it was these totals that i asked to be refunded. I didn't think I needed to send them back to them, just a letter requesting the refund. I did claim on-line (MCOL) and as you know there is limited space to write your POCicon and there was no mention/way of sending a list of charges with this application.
I wish I'd been with CAGicon from the beginning as everyone seems to be so knowledgeable and know what they're talking about. It's doing my head in this has been on-going since the beginning of Feb. Can I ask is the `schedule' I need to attach with my `statement of Case' just a copy of all the charges I'm claiming back including dates/charge/amount etc. Funnily enough Lloydsicon only sent me a `list of all charges', whereas my sister and brother-in-laws banks sent them their statements. (sisters bank HSBCicon settled without court) Lloyds charged me the £10 whereas my other family members banks returned their cheques with their letter telling them they were collating their statements!
I'm so grateful for all your help and am really nervous about this, as I read again tonight of another Lloyds case losing. Especially as the judge mine is with is the one who threw the case out at lancaster (although allegedly this person was ill-prepared!) .
Many grateful thanks for all your help.

Just to say thank you very much for all your help. Lloydsicon paid up today £1,930.32 - following my sending the re-named POC to further statement and schedule, it never went any further. So grateful. Especially as they refunded me the £100 for the aqicon which I never even filed as it was dispensed with!!They did make me sign something to say there were conditions that i had to sign for, such as I wouldn't let my bank go into the red again!etc.
Still money went in today (about 3 weeks later). So very many thanks.
Timing was great as I got married on Saturday!
    All the best.
