Default Making a 2nd claim against the same bank

    Hopefully a simple question......

I've already been paid by Halifaxicon but have since picked up about 5 more £30 charges. To claim these back, do I go through the full process again or can I, for example, skip straight to the lbaicon?

If they close your account, you may be able to take action against them for that too. i am trying to get things changed for the better, but until this happens, have you considered asking them to change yoru contract? You can request this by law if you feel it is unfair and they refuse. then, they will be in breach of thier own agreement by taking your money.
